It was unbelievable how the Covid-19 outbreak shut down the whole world. Evidently, nobody could believe countries and cities could shut down and basically render you a prisoner in your own house! People got really stressed, which is normal since it is the body’s natural reaction to a threat. Thankfully people of faith could fall back on the reservoir of faith and, it gave them the power to cope.

Surely faith is a time-tested method of avoiding or minimizing stress. For millions of people, the world over, faith in God is the fortress against disease-related stress.
